Delivery is free for orders over €150.00, excluding some products. Unless otherwise specified, products are packaged for self-assembly.
For some products the shipping times are different, in which case you can find the delivery times in the product sheet
Delivery is by courier who arrives at the customer's home and delivers the package to the customer without an appointment . The courier is not required to bring the package inside the home.
The courier does not call the recipient of the goods, 3 (three) delivery attempts are made, after which the package is placed in storage .
The courier does not leave the package unattended, someone must always be present at the time of delivery
Delivery takes 4/5 working days, except for deliveries to remote areas or islands and courier issues. Delivery times are indicative and not precise. The package is given to a courier who will manage the shipment. In case of delays, we at Gallerysport can contact you, but the delivery is always managed by the courier.
For deliveries to specific areas (Venice Islands or other remote destinations), we reserve the right to ask for a shipping fee, even if shipping is free.
PLEASE READ THE DELIVERY REGULATIONS CAREFULLY :
The service includes weekday deliveries without prior notice. Delivery is made exclusively to street level. If you're absent, a note will be left and delivery will be attempted the following day. If you're absent again, the goods will be held at the local branch, where they can be picked up within three business days.
HOW TO BEHAVE UPON DELIVERY OF GOODS
Upon delivery, it is necessary to check that:
- The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document.

The packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.
- Check the product inside the carton and if there are any problems, communicate immediately
If the packaging is not perfectly intact, collect it with a SPECIFIC reservation , that is, next to the signature on the courier's delivery note, clearly write the wording "received with reservation for..." and always indicate the reason (e.g. "...damaged packaging", "...open packaging", "...holed packaging", "...due to wet packaging", etc.).
If the package is severely damaged, so much so that the contents inside have certainly also been damaged, please reject the goods, clearly requesting that the wording " goods refused due to damaged package and contents " be written on the delivery note.
Upon delivery, the package must be checked and any breakages or complaints must be reported within 5 calendar days. Otherwise, the product will be considered delivered correctly and no complaints will be accepted.
