Prices
The prices indicated always include VAT and, unless otherwise specified, are net of shipping costs.

Communications
Upon registration, the customer agrees to use a current and functioning email address. This is the address to which we will send order confirmations and other communications regarding the order. Please notify us of any changes or problems with your email address. For example, if you don't receive an email confirmation after placing your order, there may have been a typo in the email address or communication issues between the email servers. Simply contact us and we will find a solution.
Warranty
For private buyers, a two-year warranty applies to purchased products. The date of the accompanying document (receipt or invoice) is valid.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are indicated on the final order verification page before final confirmation.
For deliveries to specific areas (Venice Islands or other remote destinations), we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee, even if shipping is free.
If the order value is above a certain threshold, shipping is free.
Delivery will take place at the street level house number.
The courier does not call the recipient of the goods, 3 (three) delivery attempts are made, after which the package is placed in storage.
Shipping times
Orders will be processed within 48 hours, except on holidays, for purchases made before 12 noon.
For orders placed after 12:00 PM, processing times will start on the next working day.
Delivery times 3-4 working days for the islands 4-5 working days, except for periods of greater traffic which may cause unquantifiable delays
Shipping times may be slower if the product is out of stock or not in stock.
Delivery not accepted and return of the package to our warehouses for personal reasons
In case the package is not accepted for a personal reason, there will be costs that will be charged
20 euros for the storage fee that the courier will open when the package is refused
from 20 to 100 euros for the return of the package, to be evaluated depending on the size of the package
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Pursuant to the consumer code which regulates distance selling (Legislative Decree 21/2014), if the customer is a "consumer" (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty; within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
2. By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer;
3. the shipment, until proof of receipt in the Sportify srl warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer who returns the goods;
4. Additional costs highlighted and accepted by the Customer when placing the order (assembly service, telephone appointment, etc.) will not be refunded;
5. The products must be returned within 14 days from the day on which the customer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact and functioning, in their original packaging, complete with all their parts and accessories (including any guarantees, instructions, user licenses, cables, etc.), without any missing parts and used with normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt .
6. Sportify srl may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to restore their characteristics and functioning. For example: use of the goods that has compromised their integrity, the use of any consumables, the lack of the original external and/or internal packaging, the absence of integral product elements (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.), opened sealed packages/blisters, or damage to the product.
7. Sportify srl will refund the customer the cost of the returned goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same methods used by the customer for the purchase. 8. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a communication via email to info@gallerysport.it

ATTENTION: THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT CATEGORIES:
• Products with requested customizations such as the addition of accessories, rod holders or specific colors as they are specifically made to the customer's specific requests.
• Products specifically made for the customer.
• Business Customers, VAT holders (see current legislation) The right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Code concerns only the consumer. The concept of "consumer" is provided for in art. 3 letter A of Legislative Decree 206/05: "consumer or user: the natural person who acts for purposes other than any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out". Therefore, since the holder of a VAT number is a professional, and not a consumer, he/she will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal regulated in the Consumer Code. For products such as canoes - kayaks - SUPs, returns can only be made if the product has not been put into the water, otherwise we will not accept the return.
Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 2003/196.
The personal data collected will be recorded in protected, non-publicly accessible electronic databases and will be used by Sportify srl using paper, electronic, and/or automated means to register the user, provide the products/services requested by the user, fulfill contractual and legal obligations related to such provision, and to send the interested party, including by email, informational and promotional materials relating to Sportify srl products and services. The data may be disclosed to our sales staff, Sportify srl product sales outlets, and other natural or legal persons responsible for managing technical services related to sales (e.g., payment banks, database maintenance personnel). Providing the interested party's data for processing for these purposes is optional; prior consent from the interested party is not required, and failure to provide the data and/or consent will make it impossible for Sportify srl to process the data for the intended purposes. Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30-6-2003, no. 196, the interested party may access his/her personal data at any time and request its updating, modification, integration, or deletion. This right remains unaffected by his/her right to object to the aforementioned processing at any time for legitimate reasons by contacting our technical support service or by sending a letter to the Data Controller, Sportify srl.
